Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time of each office visit. If you are covered by a Managed Care Plan, you will be expected to pay your co-pay in full. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Care Credit. If we are contracted with your insurance carrier, we file all claims for your visits and any surgeries or procedures. The balance due is the patients responsibility based upon your insurance coverage. For non-insured patients, payment is due prior to any procedure unless prior payment plan arrangements have been made.  All billing questions should be directed to our office at (337) 594-6002, or by emailing us at billing@trahanent.com.
